Call Of Duty: World At War

Since its launch on November 14 Call Of Duty: World At War has managed to become the third fastest selling title (behind GTA IV, and San Andreas) in UK buyers’ history. Also surpassing predecessor Modern Warfare by a ratio of 2:1, Treyarch’s midas touch on the series is paying dividends with gamers.

Relive the laughs in HD

Groundhog Day

Bill Murray’s crowning glory came the moment he stepped into the ego-centric shoes of angry weatherman Phil Connors. Now set to relive itself on Blu-ray, Groundhog Day is arriving on the format containing all of its original DVD extras, and a light flurry of BD-Exclusives.

Containing a commentary with director and fellow Ghostbuster Harold Ramis, ‘The Weight of Time’, ‘A Different Day’ and ‘Study of Groundhogs’ round off the featurettes present on this disc along with some choice deleted scenes. Completing this package is, ‘Needle Nose Ned’s PiP Track’ and BD-Live connectivity.

Groundhog Day is released stateside on January 27.

But the broadcaster has a definite goal in mind according to the Director of Sky Movies and Sky Box Office: “We continue to push them [the studios] so we can have a classics channel in HD.” Ian Lewis told Screen Finance magazine.
